Two-and-a-half years ago, a Tel Tzion boy named Chaim Yehuda ben Leah nearly drowned at the beach in Ashdod.
Sadly, Chaim Yehuda is still in a coma and on life support.
In addition, the physical, psychological, and emotional strain this has placed on his mother, Leah, has caused her to suffer damage to her kidney function.
Leah is trying hard to be a functional mother to her 6 children at home—and to make sure Chaim Yehuda's needs are met.
The kidney damage is such that Leah now needs a kidney transplant, and while all her immediate family members have been tested, and through the Matnat Chaim organization they've checked many other transplant centers, they still have not found a match.
Leah asks that if you are of type O blood and were intending on donating a kidney (or if you know someone who is), if you could please help her.
The number of the Matnat Chaim organization is 02-5000755.
Tell them you are calling about a kidney for Leah from Tel Tzion/Kochav Yaakov.
And please call Leah's friend Efrat (052-767-7846) to let her know also.
Please pass this on if you can, to give Leah the greatest chance of finding a match.
Note: The person who sent this is still waiting to find out Leah's name for davening. Will update when this information arrives.
May Hashem grant all suffering people a complete refuah of the nefesh & the guf.
