How would You Like to Take Your Poison: Scrambled or Sunny-Side Up?

I’d been off the news when I heard about the horrific suicide-massacre in Manchester.

But I was shocked at the number of dead and wounded.

Heartbreakingly, the articles quoted people saying how sweet and kind-hearted one of the murdered victims, little Saffie Rose, had been before she'd been murdered at the age of 8.

Then I noticed the venue: a pop music concert.

And I recognized the name of the popstar because conservative pundits have mentioned her several times because of the terrible depravity she glorifies in her videos and songs.

First of all, she’s dolled up to look like she’s in her early teens. Then she dresses up like a streetwalker and sings about the secret pritzah just longing to burst out of every girl.

“All girls wanna be like that
Bad girls underneath like that”
“All girls wanna be like that”—really? Because when I was a preteen girl, I wanted to be a veterinarian.

But I guess that concept just doesn’t flow the same way as "bad girls":
“All girls wanna be like that
Veterinarians underneath like that.”
Hmm...

Anyway, conservative warrior Ben Shapiro voiced concern, not just about girls influenced by the popstar’s messages, but about the boys influenced by these messages. As the father of a daughter, he stated he did not want boys who’d think that way about girls to be around his daughter.

And he’s right.

This popstar’s whole persona and messages aren’t just depraved, they’re dangerous.

(And if you think that “normal” boys aren't actually affected by the messages drummed into them by music and movies, then you should try eavesdropping on a boys locker room in an American high school and hear how some of them talk about girls, including their own girlfriends.)

But according to mainstream thought, we should all be thinking, “Praise be! We have feminism and liberalism to break through the censorship and repression that used to suppress creative expression like this!”

Now, why anyone would want to watch such a debacle—and to watch it live—is beyond me at this point in my life.

But what was always beyond me (including at my most secular phase) is why would you go and dunk your preteen daughter into this kind of slop?

So I’m sitting there, horrified and sad…but there’s that other part of me that’s thinking, What on earth are people doing with their lives? Where are their hearts and values?

Then I came across an article by one of England's most popular conservatives that exalted the girls and women who’d come to this “Dangerous Woman” concert to “dance and have a good time” while listening to lyrics like,
“Tonight I’m making deals with the devil
And I know it’s gonna get me in trouble…
Let them [pritzahs] know.”
And:
“Don’t need permission,
Made my decision to test my limits…”
(Test what limits? Like how far she can push herself to learn calculus?)

And this right-wing pundit mourned the fact that the Manchester Jihadist opposed women's and girls' freedom for self-expression and fun.

And then it hit me: This is Charlie Hebdo all over again.

Who Represents Goodness and Freedom for YOU?

When the angelic-looking and truly pure and innocent Myriam Monsonego (along with Rabbi Sandler and his beautiful little sons, Gabriel and Aryeh) were brutally murdered by a Jihadi beast in France, people looked at the compelling photo of Myriam, mourned a bit…but went on with their lives.

But when the mockery-based media vulgarity Charlie Hebdo was attacked, with its liberal bias that took potshots at God and Judaism (along with everything else anyone considers holy) via shockingly crass images, the world went crazy.

Freedom of speech had been attacked!

The freedom to be an immature foul-mouthed Godless cretin…that was the LAST STRAW for Western society!

Citizens and leaders of nations took to the streets:
“Je suis Charlie!—I am a crass heathenish leitzan!”

In other words, Europe feels it can live without Myriam and the Sandlers, but it can’t live without Charlie Hebdo.

Why?

Because most Westerners identify a lot more with immature foul-mouthed Godless scorn and jeering than they identify with innocence, purity, and Jewish goodness.

I have no doubt that Saffie Rose was as warm, sweet, and kind as stated by everyone who knew her. Looking at her picture, you can see her sweetness.

Yet she was murdered while in a musical cesspool, taken there by the person who loved her most: her mother.

Before she got blown apart, Saffie Rose heard all about—well, I can’t say much about what she heard.

I made the mistake of looking up the actual lyrics to the song quoted above and immediately berated myself. The song glorified depraved and painful acts as fun and cool.

When will I learn? Ugh.

But basically, this little third-grader heard about how cool it was to hook up with a heartless rogue and to reject caring friends who warn her against making this harmful mistake.

Right before her murder, little Saffie heard how cool it was to make deals with “the devil” and get into trouble, and to engage in lots of licentious behavior that leads to unwanted pregnancy, disease, heartbreak, and the general degradation of one’s soul.

Je suis une Femme Dangereuse!

And this is why we’re looking at the end of society as we know it.

I know that some people will consider my views insensitive.

They’ll think I’m missing the point.

But here is the truth:

  • It is a terrible tragedy that Saffie Rose and all those other innocent young girls were blown apart.

  • It is also a terrible tragedy that they were immersed in such an ugly cesspool.

It’s not their fault. Such young children don’t have bechirah.

But this is the society that has been created for them.

In other words, despite some flapping around by the Right, Europe now faces 2 choices:
  • Charlie Hebdo (including its minions, like the “Dangerous Woman” concert tour)
OR
  • Islam

The pundit mourning the freedom to revel in the “Dangerous Woman” crud holds conservative political views and is arguably one of the best representatives of right-wing conservatism in the UK.

Yet it’s Charlie Hebdo and “Dangerous Woman” who represent freedom for him.

And America isn’t far behind.

In the USA, the religious right dresses up in miniskirts and showgirl hairstyles to fight abortion by promoting contraception and adoption while cussing like sailors.

(What happened to saving yourself for marriage, conservatives? Oh, right...that’s not a realistic expectation for today’s youth!)

People don’t want to engage in a serious quest for meaning and Truth, else they’d drop the whole trinity-worship and become full-fledged monotheists.

And despite Hollywood’s spitting on everything right-wingers hold dear, the religious righties continue to support toilet-bowl entertainment by watching movies and TV shows, scrounging around for one conservative value amid the churning vat of sewage.
(“Well, premarital intimacy and violence is glorified, but at least the main character mentioned his belief in God at minute 57:13!”)

So even the best the West has to offer is fighting for “freedom,” not Truth.

And looking at the values of nowadays, what’s the real victory in that?

How much longer do people really think society can continue like this?
