Dear Family and Friends
We are looking for as many people as possible that can spare 5 minutes daily to say the following Tehillim as a zechus [merit] for a refuah shleima [complete healing] for my dear husband, Chaim Yisroel ben Bluma.
(These are pesukim [verses] from Kapital Kuf Yud Tes [chapter 119 in Psalms] Chaim Yisroel Kra Sotan — that's the Lubavitcher way we daven for a refuah shleima.)
Please reply if you are able to 'saytehillim50@gmail.com'. We will iyh [with Hashem's Help] try to send daily email reminders.
If you prefer to get a text reminder please include your mobile number (only available in the UK).
Please find the Tehillim attached below.
Thank you so much.

Please press the blue bar for your free PDF download of the verses:
Throughout, his devoted wife, Nechumelle, has requested that people daven for him, do mitzvot with joy in his merit, light Shabbat candles early—anything to accrue merits for him to merit a complete & speedy healing.
Note: "Kra Sotan"—also pronounced kara satan, depending on your tradition's pronunciation—literally means "tear the prosecuting angel"—who's called satan from the Hebrew root "to incite." Meaning, to destroy the accusing force bringing judgement down on the ill person.
