She is unconscious and both she & her newborn son are in need of Heavenly Mercy & our prayers.
The mother: Rachel Naomi bat Esther Chana
The newborn: Rach Hanolad ben Rachel Naomi
("Rach Hanolad" is Hebrew for "newborn" & how we refer to a baby who has not yet received a name because he hasn't yet merited his brit milah ceremony.)
A video clip of the husband/father speaking about the situation shows him clearly distraught as he begs us to do at least on positive act, and say at least one prayer for the merit of his wife & newborn son. (Also, they have 5 other children at home.)

Because the video is in Hebrew with no translation, here is a recap in English:
The newborn boy is also in intensive care.
The father begs us to do the following (picture this said in a voice full of pain, holding back tears):
"Do something good for my son, so that he'll be able to know his mother, so that he'll have a mother at home. If you can—please!—one good deed: to give in (l'vater) to another. Don't get angry. Your wife gets on your nerves? Restrain yourself. Please. In the merit of my wife who is here in the intensive care ward... Please. I ask again—for the recovery of my wife, Rachel Naomi bat Esther Chana—if you can say one chapter of Tehillim or perform one good deed, I thank you so much."
